Alabama Credit Union is offering Market Index Certificates of Deposit which allow you to earn a percentage of the return on the Dow Jones Industrial Average Index without the chance of losing any of your investment.

The Market Index Certificates of Deposit are available in 36 month and 60 month CDs. The minimum opening deposit is $500. Market Index CDs are also available for IRA certificates of deposit.

Alabama Credit Union says research shows that a four year Market Index opened up anytime since 1980 would have earned dividends 100 percent of the time, and a two year certificate would have earned dividends 97 percent of the time.
