11.5% 6 Month CD Rate at WV United FCU

Low CD rates got you down? Well WV United Federal Credit Union is offering a very special promotional 6 month CD rate of 11.5%. Yes, that rate is eleven and a half percent for a 6 month CD. The unbelievable CD rate is in response to the Bank Transfer Day Movement that happened Saturday November 5th.

WV United FCU has extended this deal to November 15th. Of course there is a balance limit that can earn the 11.5% CD rate and there are other requirements that have to be met.

The maximum balance that can earn the rate is $2,000 and you have to have an "account relationship" with WVUFCU. The account relationship means the following:

• Open a checking or debit account
• Initiate a direct deposit of your paycheck
• Get a debit card
• Move your automatic withdrawals or utilize EasyPay bill pay.

You can open the CD account with the special rate after you setup the accounts/services, make your first direct deposit and have 5 debit point of sale items posted on your account.

WVUFCU is also offering another Bank Transfer Day deals in the form of one of the best auto loan rates available at 1.15%.
