The credit union is offering certificate of deposit accounts between 6 months and 5 years. Certificates of deposits are also available for IRA accounts. All CD accounts have a minimum opening deposit of $500 expect for the 7 months CD which has a minimum deposit of $5,000.

When you join the credit union you'll also have to open a savings account with a $25 deposit. There is also a $1 membership fee. All certificates of deposit are insured by the NCUA.
